2023 FAIR GUIDELINES

All exhibitors must be Sun City Huntley residents.

Only original art or handcrafted items are allowed. No manufactured items.

Limit one space per residence. Space is limited and will be reserved on a first come first served basis.
EXHIBITORS
ENTRY FEE
-
$40 per space. Space is 8' X 5' ( two chairs and 8' X 30" table Included)
-
Coffee, bottled water and donuts will be provided in the morning. No lunch provided.

Table coverings are the responsibility of the exhibitor, no table coverings provided.

Entry fee will be fully refunded in the event of fair cancellation .

Registration Begins June 1, 2023

LIST

Exhibitors will be added to the Exhibitor List upon receipt of payment.

Table assignment will appear on the Exhibitor List after all tables have been assigned.

Exhibitors will be added to the printed Listing distributed at the Fair.

GALLERY

Optionally, exhibitors may send digital photos to be included in the gallery on this site.
-
A limit of 6 photos per exhibitor is allowed.
-
Photos received before October 1st will be included in the gallery.

Email photos to margaretstaron@comcast.net. Make sure to include exhibitor contact name in email.
SET-UP
TAKE-DOWN

Set up begins at 8:30am on Sunday, October 22nd.

Bring table covering for your table (s), tablecloths will not be provided.

The refrigerator in the Birch Room is available to exhibitors. No lunch provided.
-
Please do not take down until the Fair ends at 4:00pm.
-
Clean up your space, take home empty boxes etc, do not leave them for Sun City to clean up!
